Millie KumarGUEST
that eating experience it has to taste delicious no compromise the second thing was sustainability we want to be as sustainable as possible and the third thing was global making this a global brand and cauliflower helps us achieve the first two things right so the first thing it actually helps create the texture and the creaminess of the product And secondly, it is a more sustainable ingredient than a lot of the ingredients currently used in dairy and non-dairy ice cream.
