How did you get into netball? What's your backstory, um, and how did that link with kind of school and then the pathways? Tell us your story.

Yeah, so I started playing netball in school, just like every other girl, boy sort of thing in PE and stuff.

And then kind of got into the development team, so my coaches signed me up for the trials.

Like, they did everything for me.

It was great.

And then, so I think I was 15 when I got into, like, the development programs and then went through the age groups, so under 17s, um, Netball Europe, and then under 21s, and then from there then went into the seniors.

Um, but it's just so important throughout school.

Now, how important has the Welsh Feathers environment been in helping bridge the gap between junior and elite netball in, in your opinion?
