After the hotel, at that time growing hospitality group called Mercadito, the Sandoval brothers, these are brothers of Richo Sandoval, they opened Mercadito in Chicago, and it blew up.

And I was around the crew, and the beverage guys, the Tipler brothers, they saw me, and we started talking.

So like, "Hey, we need someone.

We're g- you know, opening this amazing concept, Miami style, Spanish tapas bar, pinchos, you know, upscale music." And that was 2000 and, I think, 8, 9.
