What are the first one or two steps you would recommend that they take now and in the next year to deliver financial and climate returns?

Well, like any industry, you know, there is now a, there are now sustainability professionals, and so I think it's remiss for a healthcare facility in particular to not have somebody on their staff that's a sustainability expert, if you will.

I'm not.

I'm just an old engineer.

But, you know, we have, um, we have a person on staff that is our sustainability consultant, and she works with, not only within the hospital, works with me obviously, um, but also with the community.

So, uh, you know, some community-based programs.

But really, you know, is our person that's monitoring systems and assuring that, you know, we're, we're meeting the demands, and if there are new technologies that are out there, that individual is, is on top of it.

How can these people kind of help you, especially, you know, at the voting level or the legislative level? Like, what would really help hospitals like Nicklaus to achieve their goals when it comes to sustainability, resiliency, cutting energy costs, things like that?
