It goes into... showroom and they're doing their primary bathroom maybe they're doing their secondary bathroom maybe they're doing both they come in and they kind of maybe clip things out of architectural digest or uh interior design magazine kind of like oh i want it to look like this um so the showroom professional okay great all right so we we're doing your your primary bath okay tub shower both Well, you know, we're going to, we're going to use a, you know, we're going to eliminate the tub and just go to shower.

Maybe they are a little older.

Okay, great.

So what innovations or emerging trends do you see having the biggest impact on the shower and drain design over the next five years or so?

... um, so, uh, my responsibilities are really at this point, um, I used to handle all of the local sales in the New York City area, which, uh, during the boom of, let's say, the new New York skyline, all the super talls, Billionaire's Row, uh, Hudson Yards, et cetera, I learned a lot.

Um, and, uh, a- and from there, um, I was pressed into a national explain the drain function.

So basically what I do now is I go to every major secondary tertiary city, and I visit with showrooms and counters, plumbers, mechanicals, MEP firms, um, and of course architects and designers, providing CEUs, advice whether they...

Sometimes I have to tell people something they don't wanna hear.

Um, and uh, yeah, I'm there to make sure that every job that's within my power is gonna go off, specified correctly and installed correctly if at all possible.

Typically, a luxury drain, something that would be considered architectural, is gonna at least replace the cost of a basic tub, a basic shower pan.
