I'd love if you could talk to us about your perspective in both of those indications and where standard of care is now and where you believe it should be with these two medications.

One of the things to note for both of these products, the vast majority of drugs are either generic or soon to be generic that have historically treated those patients.

I had my first experience with dialysis.

I certainly knew what dialysis was, but didn't really understand the business of dialysis.

Until at Genzyme, I was given the opportunity to build, to run a joint venture with a company called Geltex that was the innovator for Renagel.

And then to build that business on a global basis.

Talk to us a little bit about those experiences and also the impact that those experiences have on culture setting when you're trying to build a company and lead a company.
