we've got uh 12 uh six grills cooking 12 at a time and um they're just constantly going and we have specialty flavors that we do um This year, it's Windmere cheese.

Oh, really? Honestly, I don't know.

And in terms of, you know, you getting any sort of rest or respite or any sort of help, did you at any point?

Well, I went to the local authority.

I tried this.

I think I knew what the result was going to be.

And I said... about Tom, do you have any recommendations for carers? No, we don't recommend carers, but we do have, because I'm in a rural area as well, this is probably a reason why, but it may apply elsewhere.

And they said, here's a list of what we call micro carers.

They are a mixture of small companies, one or two big companies, and mostly individuals who are just paid carers.

How do people find you? Well,

dementia.

So there was a lot of to-ing and fro-ing after seeing his GP.

And in the end, he was medically retired in March.

So it was a few years of them trying to adjust to him and him trying to adjust to them, but things weren't getting better.

And a number of people stepped in and said, this is the best result.

We have to do this.

It's not fair to sack him.

So tell us a bit more now then about what happened as Tom progressed with his disease.

Well, I think in today's game, you can't let it bother you because you know there's going

to be – you just can't have that mindset.

We have a coaching change, and I understand there's anxieties.

What the general public doesn't understand or realize or know these days, it doesn't matter if it's your best guy or the guy at the far end of the bench.

Everybody has a – Representative, call them an agent.

Somebody's in their ear telling them what to do.

And these guys that are making the decisions from our place, it's somebody else telling them what to do.

He was in 94, okay.
