And it mainly is focusing on resealing the joints that allow expansion contraction movement and regrinding the surface for traction and also ride.

Over the years, the concrete starts to get rough with those joints because of the incompressible materials that get stuck in there from our sanding materials and stuff like that.

So we did do a little bit of a concrete panel replacement from the broken panels over the years.

And then we'll come back and we'll put in some inlaid stripes, similar to what we had before, new signs and some new crosswalks, painted red instead of the brick stamp red when we're finished, and all new curb paint.

So it started with the concrete crack panels and we went in and we took out all the old concrete that was broken or massively cracked and delaminated, replaced that from the bottom up and then came back through and we ground, surface ground to a tolerance that we specified to make sure that our ride was real good traction control and obvious ride control.

And we finished up with that and we're still in the process of now re-sawing out all the old rubber and sanding material and those old joints.
