Why the move and what did you learn about your organization by pulling this off, so to speak?

Yeah, well, obviously it's been a pretty turbulent few months here in the Middle East.

We've had a lot of disruption and we've been monitoring it.

And as with any organization, we always have contingencies.

We always know that things might go a different way and we need to build a plan for it.

But often you hope that you're not going to have to trigger those contingency plans.
