How do you help them kind of choose the leadership style that works for them, uh, that is authentic to them, but also is effective in what they're trying to accomplish?

And I, I think s-sort of, um, there are these stages of leadership development you see.

And sort of stage one is I was really successful doing it this way.

This is how I became the Michael Jordan.

Let me tell all my direct reports to do it exactly like me so that they can be Michael Jordans too.
