The first thing is that the government needs to show that we're putting our money where our mouth is in terms of the sort of direction that we want to encourage private sector companies to work with us on to kind of make those big bets about where the future of shipping and maritime is moving.

It's why when I was first appointed in this role, Around a year ago, we announced £448 million of funding into the UK shore program for kind of co-investment with private sector companies into renewables initiatives.
