Oh, why did I do that on stage? No.
33:49
Well, no, it was the opposite.
33:50
It was more like, okay, there's nothing that I, I mean, sure I could do better always, but like, there's nothing I'm cringing about and there's nothing I said that I don't agree with.
34:00
And I could have said this one little thing a little better and I messed up that one lyric and that, but that's it.
34:05
You know, it's like things that happen every show, but it actually sounded pretty good, you know, listening back.
34:13
So, uh, Yeah, and that was live.
34:15
I mean, it was straight up a live mix.

Do you think because you've matured as a musician that, like, that's why you're kind of gravitating towards the last three albums you produced, like, as kind of being more soul-like favorites?
5:32
What changed about those systems? What started working out well but didn't work well as you grew? And what didn't work out well that maybe you had to have when you were larger? Yeah, talk about some of those things.
5:43
yeah no of course so um i recognized right away that that we didn't want to build this on tribal knowledge so one of the good things i think the smart things we did right away is we established an online knowledge base it's very easy for employees to you know at their fingertips uh to you know pull up systems when somebody asks hey i forgot how to do this how this recall system works it's we don't have to spend the time to re-explain we just send them a link to the you know knowledge base so that that was one of the good things we did um our challenges have been you know trying to uh structure our organizations to support these these offices what we found um where we've kind of found works is you know um we don't have a ton of locations we've got nine locations so so we don't have like regional managers and that kind of stuff they're all fairly fairly close to each other So we have operations leaders and those are our most versatile, strongest employees.
6:40
And all of our team really started as vision tech.
6:43
So it's kind of cool that we get a solid vision tech and they learn the lab and they learn the administrative side.
6:50
But we've promoted people into operations leads and those are our company firemen.
6:56
and they're the enforcers of systems.
6:59
So that's what we found really works.

Can you share any tips or anything that you all are doing to kind of help with that, if anything at all? What are some of the things that are working for you?
