Yeah

... which means that, uh, you know, there's weather in a city, uh, one of our hubs.

So, uh, we actually get that information ahead of time, um, that there may be a slowdown of aircraft coming in and out.

We call that air traffic delays, AC- ATC.

So once we get that information and we have a timeframe of when the aircraft is going to depart, and most likely late, then we're looking at connections, and that's the biggest part of our, uh, job is looking at people making connections to other cities.

And if they look like they're not gonna make their flight for their connection, then right away we're already looking for alternatives for them.

If a bag doesn't make it on your flight, you show up, you're at the car- the carousel at the other end and your bag never comes out, what do people do? Do they ever see their bag again?

Well, they will put in a, um, they will put in a request for, um, you know, lost baggage.
