So mine, I'm going to steal kind of a twofer.

So favorite session was put on by two of our board member, former board members, Amy and Cassie.

Meredith had also helped had a hand in putting that session together on how not to give AF.

And it was.

My favorite because both Cassie and Amy presented just from a place of vulnerability, humility, just talking about how they have grown as leaders and really giving the whole session was an ask Alice.

And so folks could submit their own questions as well, but also just to give advice about what they have learned on how to set healthy boundaries, how to lead with empathy and how to be clear, but also kind of firm in those boundaries when you're leading a group or a team.
