But can you give us a little bit of background to that transition? Can you walk us through your life's professional journey to illustrate how you got to this point this year?

Yeah, it was definitely a long one.

It went by really quickly.

But, you know, right out of college, I really liked the business development, the sales.

I love talking to people.

I love providing value.

And I learned at a young age that when you are compensated based on your performance, you're not actually tied to an hourly rate.
