So with this recent announcement, Vice President Vance was in Middletown, Ohio, Middletown Works, part of Cleveland Cliffs steelmaking operation.

They're benefiting not just from the tariffs, but trade policies that make America the most attractive place in the world to do business, but particularly for steel.

So they're going to have thanks to the workforce there that is doing great things day in and day out, an investment that is going to make them the most advanced steelmaking operation in the world, right there in Middletown, Ohio.

Pretty amazing.

It's such an innovative idea.

Same as Obama created his origin story, Vance created it, kind of pretended to have grown up in Kentucky and Appalachia.

And really, he's from Middletown, Ohio, the Midwest.

His mother was born there.

His grandparents came there as children.

A few weeks back, I got to tell you, a very personal and important thing to me is a few weeks back, one of the most amazing honors I've had as vice president, is I got to visit the steel mill where my grandfather worked for 40 years in my hometown of Middletown, Ohio.

And standing on that floor, I thought about my papaw, that's what I called him, and the 40 years he spent there as a union welder.

I thought about what he wanted out of this country, out of his government.

I was driving my dad's truck.

And I was in Middletown, Ohio on Brill Boulevard coming home.

And it was snowy and it was a little Ford Ranger.

And I was driving and the light turned green.
