It wasn't the best.

We were stuck in our old ways, but the only way that we communicated was through POA circulars and branch secretary circulars.

The NEC determined that actually we need to get better communication.

And this started off by modernizing our website.

And when we modernized our website, we then seen actually the opportunities that the website gave us.

Is there a mechanism for making sure that everyone's pulling in the same direction at the same time?
