So, uh, it's just a pleasure to be here.

And, and so I've been coaching and, and helping leaders, like you said, for over 25 years in 37 countries.

So, you know, that's, that's a lot.

Um, but what I'm passionate about is helping leaders really create impact in the people that they lead, right? So my overall mission in my world is to bring more love into this world, and, and i- one of the ways I do that is through my coaching and consulting.

So I recently wrote a book called The Secret Ingredient is Always Love, and it's a business book about how to create great customer experiences, and by bringing love into your customer experience.
