What are the three top priorities you're seeing right now?

Well, I would say you've already hit the nail on the head when you talk about affordability.

That's really an issue right now.

And so one of the things that I'll share is that, you know, when we look across the nation first, there are about 40% of families who can't afford to meet basic needs on a monthly basis.

That does not change when you look at St. Louis.

So there are nearly 40% here.

I didn't realize it was that high.
