So melatonin, I think a lot of people take it because they think it helps them get sleepy.

Michelle OlaitheGUEST
But that is, as you have already kind of suggested, that's a misunderstanding.

Michelle OlaitheGUEST
And the ideal sort of way that you take it is you take it at the same time every evening, about half an hour to a couple of hours before you want to fall asleep.

Michelle OlaitheGUEST
And you take it the same time in order to try to get your body to pick up a routine.

Tell us how we do that, Michelle.

Michelle OlaitheGUEST
Yeah, so there's a lot of stigma still around mental health when really what we need to be doing, because everyone experiences at some point in time, either because we've got 50% of the population of their lifetime will experience a mental health episode, or they'll experience it, maybe if they haven't experienced it, they'll experience it through someone.

Michelle OlaitheGUEST
And so it's really important that we break the stigma down and show people that this is a really common and normal experience because we all get born into this world and we all have very interesting experiences.

Michelle OlaitheGUEST
And sometimes those experiences we can resolve on our own and other times we can't resolve them on our own.

Michelle OlaitheGUEST
And that's when they can impact the way that we think, we feel or we behave.

Is there some brief explanation you can say, well, no, that's what they do, but this is what we do?
