So for a founder or a CEO listening right now, what are the five to seven signals that they are suffering from, from the integration gap, especially the CEO bottleneck and consultant fatigue issues? So you name it, and then what's that actually costing them in real terms?

Michelle NoltingGUEST
Well, I think, you know, one of the first point is really around, you know, every major decision goes through you, right? Which means that your team is capable, but nothing moves without your sign off or the founder kind of becomes that bottleneck because everything is stuck there.

Michelle NoltingGUEST
And most founders actually don't realize that they are the sticking point until you kind of tell them, which is interesting.

Michelle NoltingGUEST
um secondly i think often meetings happen there's so many meetings that happen and in the meetings there's no formal decision making process and we've all got these amazing meeting tools and summaries and things like that but activity without something happening you know is is one of the easiest things that you can tell and you know like the team will say we're always on meetings and nothing's ever happening you know so little quotes like that um Another thing is your strongest people start disengaging.

Michelle NoltingGUEST
So the people that you remember, you're only as strong as your weakest link, right? And when the strong people start disengaging, they go quiet.

Michelle NoltingGUEST
Then you know there's a problem, right? Because then their mental capacity is on their way out.
