When we think about sustainable performance, I think it's such an important one, what are your practical strategies?

Michelle NealGUEST
Well, September through to Christmas is, like always, this incredibly intense period.

Michelle NealGUEST
Kids are going back to school, um, businesses moving into the year-end sprint.

Michelle NealGUEST
Um, you're focused on delivering the year, working out what needs to happen next year, budgets, planning, um, also performance and development conversations, um, all while Thanksgiving and Christmas and everything that comes with family life starts happening all around you.

Michelle NealGUEST
Um, this year that sprint is particularly real for me because Finality has a lot going on.

Michelle NealGUEST
Um, we have the prospect of two new payment systems going live before n- year end.

Michelle NealGUEST
Um, so I think generally you kinda have to accept that there just are periods in life when you simply are gonna be running pretty hard.

And Finality, you know, when you think about your own leadership journey, how does that connect to what you're building at Finality?

Ron van KemenadeHOST
So do you believe that there is a convergence, that tokenization will influence the world of AI and finance or the other way around, whether AI is an enabler of acceleration of tokenization and digital assets?

Michelle NealGUEST
Um, and, um, I, I guess I, I tend to think about these two technologies, AI and tokenization, as solving different problems in the financial stack where we stand today.

Michelle NealGUEST
So AI as primarily enhancing intelligence, improving analysis, forecasting, optimization, and decision-making.

Michelle NealGUEST
Tokenization, by contrast, modernizing execution, making assets, money, and settlement processes programmable.

Michelle NealGUEST
Um, so where they start to converge is in the ability to connect better decision-making with more efficient execution.

Michelle NealGUEST
So for example, an AI system may identify a liquidity need, um, optimize collateral usage, or rebalance positions in real time.

Where do you believe, Michelle, in the future, the trust will predominantly reside in the whole ecosystem of, of wallets, uh, banks, the blockchain operators, the regulators, uh, identity providers? I could go on, right? Where, where do you believe the, the trust will go, and how do, how do consumers in particular understand that?
