Have you ever wondered how to enjoy all the delicious foods on vacation while still eating well and caring for your body during menopause or perimenopause? Trying local dishes is one of the joys of travel, but when you're navigating menopause or perimenopause, you may also be wondering how to make food choices that feel good for your ever-changing body without spending your travels feeling guilty about the dessert or counting those calories.

8:16
Mm-hmm.
8:16
Because when we are listening to our body, when we are not treating our body as a machine to manage but as a temple to treasure, we are then able to feel physically, emotionally, mentally feel the peace that God offers us in the knowing that we are caring for ourselves well.
9:32
Can you explain to us what those three types are? And how do you know which one you might be dealing with?
9:37
Yeah, I love this.
9:39
And this has really come about by my own personal experience.
9:43
I realized as the Lord showed me that there are three main types of fatigue.
9:48
And this was after my second fatigue crisis when he laid me out.
9:51
And he's like, girl, you're not listening to me.
9:54
You need to lay down.

20 MINS LATER

29:37
What are some things that we can do on the days that are really hard just to give us a little bit more energy and life back into our veins?
3:43
Mm.
3:43
It's what we've always done.
3:45
You know, the, the women living in a state of high-functioning fatigue, they're still working and getting things done.
3:52
It might be a little slower.
3:54
It might be a little more cognitively frustrating, because the brain fog is, is a real thing.
4:01
It might be at a different pace.
4:03
You may have compensated more, you know, mentally as well as physically, but you're still getting it done.

22 MINS LATER

25:50
[laughs]
17:08
Things that she can do that would be helpful to have more energy naturally or things that might really help or make a big difference and are just kind of small pieces.
17:20
Absolutely.
17:21
I mean, nutrition is huge.
17:24
And I know it sounds so simple, but nutrition is actually, it can be simple.
17:29
I think we've overcomplicated it.
17:30
But it's one of the pillars inside my Fatigue Freedom Framework.
17:34
But it's not about diet mentality.

25 MINS LATER

42:51
What, if any, are there things that we haven't really touched on or things that you would kind of want to say before we, as we're kind of wrapping up?
