2:00So I'm curious, when you had this idea to start adding products to this line, how did you consider that? Because that is a bit of a change in the business model you started with.

Well, after about six months, I came out with a line of clean gourmet caramels.

And the way I decided to launch the caramels is with a local line of grocery stores here in the Twin Cities who were into really unique products that were from makers in Minnesota and high quality products.

And people were really, that was my test, and people were really engaging on the brand Love of Foodie, the logo.

And based on that success with the Caramels, I realized that I could take this brand and really develop any product, a consumable product, because it was unique.
