Yeah.
27:38
I would also like, yeah, I would agree with both of those.
27:42
It makes a big difference when somebody is able to like directly say like what it is, like respond to the answer with an actual experience of something and clarity.
27:52
So what I would recommend because both of these I feel like has helped me in the past when I go into these things is is always just take at least five minutes to meditate or just breathe for a minute before you go on these interviews because we get so wound up before them that we blurb all these things or we're not clear in our answers and stuff like that.
28:10
And that, I feel like, is something that just is an immediate deterrent.
28:16
For me, I think the other thing is, I mean, I've seen people show up without shirts on.
28:21
I've seen them show up looking around like all over the place.

Yeah, no Xanax for you.
25:46
Is it best to apply just straight up or do you need an introduction nowadays? What really works?
25:54
I would recommend you always apply straight up first before asking for anything else.
25:58
So just apply because the thing with like sending a DM, asking for introductions, all this stuff, most of the time, like DMs and messages are not checked nearly as often as the actual applications.
26:08
It's also who's reviewing the application and the hiring manager is a different person than might be posting it.
26:13
And so things will cross, like wires will get crossed, things will get missed, things like that.
26:18
So if you actually apply first and you have your application in, then you, and if you want to ask for an intro or you want to ask for something like that because you know them, then you can say, you can say something or you can shoot them a message.
26:29
But I would caution that if you're directly messaging people, like if you don't follow their process, most often business owners have a specific process that they put in the application process, in the application, how to apply kind of section.

So where do you think HR hiring the industry as a whole, like what's exactly going to happen when AI takes over? Do you have any thoughts on that?
