And when Marshall and I were at Thinkers 50 in 2023, And we had just listened to all the speakers that day pretty much address the seismic shift of AI and how it's going to affect management and leadership.

And each speaker had been known or had been awarded one of the best thinkers, right? So they were giving their speech about their research and their topic.

The speakers had not all gotten together to say, oh, what are you talking about? What I'm talking about? They were asked, you talk about the challenges of AI and what we're going to need to do differently.

And Gary, I don't know if you remember, but it was startling to me How almost every single speaker from Dori Clark to Ruth Gotian to Kirsten Ferguson, Amy Edmondson, in some way, shape or form, they were advocating for leaning in with more heart and humanity.
