There's pretty good data that midlife, which some people could say is in the 40s, as women enter menopause, we notice a lot of changes very quickly.

So I think somewhere in that range of mid-40s to mid-50s, having a conversation of I want to be doing well in the future, what are the things I could be doing? Now, I love my primary care provider, but as a PT, they often defer to me as to what I think people should do.
