Right now, we're going to hear another powerful Sunday message, and our prayer is that you are encouraged and empowered to love God, love people, and make disciples no matter where you are.

Well, we're in a series called This Is Why, and tonight we're unpacking the big question, why trust God? For the next couple seconds, I want you to all close your eyes for a moment, and I want to ask you, is there an area in your life where you are currently worried? Is there an area in your life where you are carrying heaviness? maybe despair, maybe you are struggling.

That is an area God is prompting you and inviting you to trust him in this evening.

God, we thank you.

We thank you for your presence in this place.

God, what an honor to be seated where your presence is dwelling.

Father, I pray that as your word leaves my lips this evening, Father, may your anointing carry it.
