They are really, really flexible and engaging now is a really good thing to do.

I think also off the back of that, one of the other changes is we now have, we're just about to launch The level two foundation apprenticeship into hospitality, which is just really exciting and incredible because this gives young people an entry route into hospitality.

It's an eight month apprenticeship.

So it gives people the skills and the knowledge that they need to be able to learn employability skills, those fundamental skills.

So from an employer's perspective, it almost acts as that whole induction into your industry.

So it's absolutely brilliant for employers.

It's brilliant for young people because they're supported with this well-rounded programme.
