And I wonder, talk a little bit about the, the, the work done in resetting and recalibrating the organization to be able to reach some really lofty goals that we will get to in a moment as well.

Yeah.

So, uh, uh, the pride of craft is super important to me.

Um, we, uh, this has been a really natural place for the journey that we're gonna talk about from technology.

And it, and, and I think it's important to note that, you know, Rene, our CEO, talks about it, and he actually talked about it in our annual letter, that banking is a lot about a disciplined and really kind of sticking to and having a reverence for the fundamentals, right? That hard work that maybe you don't get rewarded for in the moment, but then there are these asymmetric, uh, opportunities, uh, when you do.

I think anything worth doing kind of falls into that, uh, kind of falls into that same craft.

And I happened to grow up in the school of management or the school of technology management that is, in fact, subtitled the hard stuff that nobody cares about is the most important stuff to take care of.

What, what excites you most now that you do have that foundation and now you can apply some, uh, modern, uh, iterations of artificial intelligence, uh, on top of that? What, what, what has you most excited as you think about the possibilities?
