So the, the first step I would say would be to, uh, find a way to narrow down the pool of clients that with potential benefits from this, this type of relief.

So as we discussed, that's gonna be folks with, uh, maybe some missed filing dates or late filings, payments made late, and then folks that maybe have some-- come under audit at some point and have liabilities that be- become fairly large and are assessed later down the road.

And again, this might be a situation where it-- either you, you have your, your folks close to the ground that kinda have a sense of what's going on, or maybe you run artificial intelligence programs to try to efficiently identify this, and I know this is something plenty of firms have been doing.
