But what's some of the work that you've done there specifically regarding space for AI experimentation and what are some of the results that that's produced for Ricoh as a business as well?

Yeah, I mean, I think everyone is talking about implications of AI and Ricoh is no different than that.

And when we think back to our purpose, which is, you know, to create workplace experience, digital services and intelligent automation, AI is at the centre of that.

But again, as a technology company, the risk that a technology company has is it gets very excited about the technology and forgets about why the technology exists in the first place.

And so we have really said that our focus on AI experimentation should be around people and the problems that people are either solving internally or they're solving for customers.

I mean, I think most companies have probably set up some sort of governance around making sure that we're secure with our information and we don't have bias in our information and all that stuff.
