Yeah.

So I mean, as far as what, what's going on in the harbor, you know, the big thing right now is we have the Carl's project, and that's over at the old Fisherman's Wharf, and the demolition is supposed to start this Saturday, which is the 15th, and it, it, it's a huge day for us.

This is, this is something that, you know, Bud Smith built and, uh, it w- it was great.

It had its heyday, but unfortunately for about the last 20 years, the, the county had been trying to develop it as a, a mixed use project with residential, and the residents weren't happy about it, and the city of Oxnard wasn't happy about it.

And so, you know, it was, it was a big fight that really wasn't getting us anywhere.

And so when we came across the Carl's Group and we saw, you know, they, they offered something unique, something that, you know, can actually get people get off the freeway and come down the harbor-

We like all of our guests to finish with something heartfelt that could be some sound advice or something that you could leave with them.

Uh, I, I, I think that when you're pursuing a job like this, like the one I'm doing, you know, if, if you just do what, what you feel is correct but also listen to outside people, the, the people who live and work in this harbor, they have insights that I don't have.
