Which patient do you think would be most amenable to getting this perioperative pembrolizumab strategy?
13:36
Awesome.
13:37
I'm so excited you guys are up on these two super recent head and neck studies with KEYNOTE-six eight nine and NIVO-PostOp.
13:43
And yeah, so for the perioperative pembro, I mean, I just want to say how exciting it is in head and neck cancer.
13:49
We haven't really had an advancement, a practice-changing clinical trial like the KEYNOTE-six eight nine trial i, in a couple of decades, right? We thought that cetuximab was gonna work out, and I'm not sure if you guys talked about DeESCALATE or ten sixteen, but you know, that was a big swing in the miss.
14:07
And we thought that-- But I think it still needs to be investigated, and the timing's really important, but immunotherapy added to definitive chemoradiation for non-surgical patients was gonna be a huge home run, and it just hasn't panned out quite yet.

But this perioperative immunotherapy, giving the patient two cycles of pembro prior to surgery and realistically delaying their surgery, depending on how quick your disease team can work, four to six weeks to show a event-free survival benefit.

Could you tell us a little about what this is and how you utilize this and what sorts of patients you think are best served by this sort of surgery?
