And how are, you know, are you doing that? How is your club doing that? How is your district doing that? Or how do you think they should be doing that? You know, what's your insights on that?

Sure.

So, you know, I think one of the things that, that I have been focused on so far in, in efforts to recruit on behalf of our club in Jackson is that I'm looking at folks that bring, like I said before, uh, excellent skill sets to the table, right? They, they, they just have ad- admirable traits about them that I think, yes, having them as a part of us would make us better.

But there are some that I look at that they have constraints in their life that might prevent them from being as quick to say yes as they might.

Like, they might want to be a part, but yet can't fully see the path forward because of just different weights in their life that might keep them from being involved.

You know, one of the things that I think that we need to, to take inventory of and understanding is that where we stand in our life and how, uh, we're walking through it in whatever season that is, sometimes if we're not careful, we can get into the rut of assuming that everybody else's life is kind of the same as ours in some sense.

And the truth of the matter is, is that's not always so.

So Michael, if you could tell thousands of other Lions why they should get invigorated about Lionism, what, what would you tell them?
