Why do we have the attrition? And then what can we do about it? Do you have any hypotheses of why there is such poor assistance with therapy over the long term? And then indeed, what could we do to try and help our patients in our practices?

I think there's several reasons.

You know, one is disappointment.

Patients will basically run out of patience and interest over time.

And they think that they're not getting the improvement that they want.

It's a big time and financial contribution that they have to make for their care.

And some of them run out of interest.
