Oh, uh, let me maybe take us both back in the day.

It's, uh, it's, I started in, you know, what used to be IT support, right? IT, throughout the year, it has changed name.

It became tech.

It became so many different things.

But when we look at customer support, that's how I started my career.

I started my career as an IT support specialist.
