So if people don't know anything at all about Sparhawk Academy, tell us about it.

Well, that's wonderful.

And there is a great buzz.

We're about to start our ninth year.

And Sparhawk, we're called Sparhawk because of the brook that runs through our grounds.

We're an independent day school, Catholic day school for boys in grades 3 through 12 on a 58-acre farm setting in a suburb of Boston in a small town called Millis.

The school partners with parents, the primary educators of their children, to educate and form virtuous, cultured, and competent men who lead their families with integrity and dignify their work with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Does that have any impact at all in kind of how you would guide students or coach up other counselors to have conversations with students?
