legal education, I'm curious how legal education has adapted with the next gen bar exam being administered in twenty twenty eight, being a little more practice focused there as well.
10:08
Yeah, so I think, as I was saying earlier, I think that the shift towards a greater emphasis on skills is kind of a long-term trend.
10:17
But I think that the next gen bar exam is really accelerating it in some very concrete ways.
10:24
so the new exam is uh you know explicitly organized around lowering competencies things like legal analysis research writing client problem uh client problem solving skills rather than pure memorization so you know when i took the bar exam long long ago you know i i can't remember the number of subjects i had to memorize was it like 25 or something It's not that many today, but next gen bar is going down to a very manageable number.
11:02
So it's really basically what are the traditional first year subjects like contracts, torts, property, and then also about six for us.

I'm wondering what advice you would give to current law students strictly on how to maintain their well-being during their experience in law school.
