7:40
Do we know if tomorrow we will find out a little bit more about this?
7:45
You know, I was thinking that we would find out more from Judge Hippler's order.
7:50
Uh, he, he put up an updated amended scheduling order, and he moved back a lotta date, uh, deadlines by months.
7:57
You know, there was this big deadline on November 13th, which is four years to the day after the murders.
8:03
That has now been pushed back to January 13th.
8:06
Uh, but it, when I read through the order it was all scheduling.
8:08
It didn't have anything in it to explain, uh, why this was happening.
9:16
Have you explored that, uh, that outlier possibility? What if it goes to trial again? Is he gonna be a part of it, or is he still planning on retiring?
1:31
So my next question, how do you see the embrace of Bitcoin and economic liberty entrepreneurial culture playing a role in the transformation here?
1:39
So I think Bitcoin is gonna be huge here in terms of the adoption that's already happened, but it's starting to seep in, like the integration is starting to happen.
1:50
It's becoming less of a fad and more of a way of life.
1:54
And I think it takes a while for money to really settle into the base layer economic system, but with each year, I mean, there's more sediment that has been put on top of that foundation.
2:07
And we're going to see here in El Salvador, at least my thesis, is that we're gonna see a civilization that's being built on sound money, and what does that look like, 'cause we haven't seen that in so long.
2:19
We've been under the fiat standard for at least 100-plus years.
2:23
And so this might be the first nation that comes out of that fiat Dark Age into a new Renaissance built on Bitcoin.
3:50
So maybe do you have any quick final thoughts on the twin pillars of economic liberty, Bitcoin, and the entrepreneurship, how they go hand in hand?
11:20
everybody, I heard great reports from it.
11:22
Yeah, so I like to do things and I like to do things right.
11:26
And I was in the hospitality space.
11:28
And so I know how to treat people.
11:31
I know how to make them feel welcome.
11:33
And I know how to make sure that we provide them white glove service and that we manage all their needs.
11:40
And so we got a lot of great reviews from those retreats, but all of that requires a lot of work.

9 MINS LATER

20:42
is it in Cocal or where do you guys hold this?
50:06
Why was that significant to you?
50:08
so so to me it's you know they may have answers that they haven't found yet because they're going through this this huge amount of video evidence and basically where they're at with it that the sheriff told me is that they're they're still reviewing it and categorizing it and then they're putting it in kind of a searchable database so they can say okay you know car model, car color, time, whatever.
50:35
If they have other evidence that makes them want to go check, they're still organizing this huge amount of video to be able to go cross-reference other evidence as it comes in from the investigation.
50:47
So they were canvassing The neighborhood where they were canvassing main roads, they were canvassing the immediate neighborhood of residential cameras.
51:00
And if you remember, you know, weeks after she went missing, I went to another neighborhood right next to hers, you know, less than three miles away.
51:09
And we found video that hadn't been canvassed at the time frame, you know, in question.
51:14
And it apparently.
54:23
What was his response to that?
26:48
your reaction? What was the what was the atmosphere during that moment? You know,
26:54
I think the judge's sudden Sudden speech there.
27:00
I don't want us to call it, but, you know, he he he turned it up and he had been pretty quiet throughout the whole hearing.
27:08
He was just kind of doing organizational things.
27:09
He wasn't really involved too much.
27:12
And then he went right after X, which I think that, you know, the whole the whole right half of the courtroom.
27:17
I mean, it's 100 seat courtroom.

14 MINS LATER

41:18
But tell us about tell us about what you learned from that.
21:09
Yeah
21:09
... she was missing, the camera was missing, but they were able to recover video.
21:13
Uh, but later, they came and they took the bracket, and I'm just curious about the bracket, because it's, it's a piece of metal.
21:20
There's screws involved.
21:22
There's, you know, sharp corners of the wood there.
21:24
I just wonder what they could've got off of that, because if, you know, if, if you have those thin gloves that this guy was wearing, something could have transferred there or got stuck or, you know, there could be something to that, and nobody's really talking about that.
21:37
So I just thought that was another interesting piece here, too.

6 MINS LATER

27:38
What's the latest with him? Because I've been reading, he's on the ropes a little bit relative to his status of keeping his job.
45:22
I believe it was Price County?
45:24
Yeah, it was Price police who did the investigation.
45:26
The Moab Police Department is very small, and, and, and then the chief takeaways from the investigation into their handling of the, the traffic stop, or the domestic violence stop, was that the, these officers involved need more training, and they should go back on probation.
45:38
And, you know, it's a small department.
45:41
They're probably not as trained as, as a lot of the big city departments we're used to dealing with, so they're, they're saying, "Hindsight is 20/20.
45:49
We had no idea that Brian was a killer," and that's, that's the point that they're sticking to.
46:57
What? They, they couldn't shake that out and figure out this is Gabby?
47:02
So I spoke with quite a few experts on, on the legal side and, and, and the law enforcement side, and, you know, they found the report a little bit lacking.
