So pretrial services, uh, we get all of our clients that are referred through the magistrate and district courts.

Uh, what that means is they will be placed on conditions of release, and those conditions will encompass pretrial services, which can include GPS monitoring, remote breath, or just general supervision.

Uh, we monitor from level one, which is our lowest, all the way up to level four, which is our highest.

And so depending on the conditions of release that the judge sets at that court hearing, uh, we'll monitor everything from, you know, your, your simple misdemeanor all the way to homicide cases as a felony status.

And so what we do at pretrial is we monitor to make sure, one, that they don't repeat and end up back in jail, and two, that they have their legal representation, um, at their court hearing.
