But before we dive into that is the first question that I love asking all my guests is what does being a kind leader mean to you?

Yeah, and I love it.

And I love this question and sort of thinking about, like, what does that actually mean, you know, to me as well? I feel like a lot of times we're so busy kind of pushing through to the next milestone to what we need to accomplish.

Taking the time to step back and just think about your leadership style, what's important to you, all those aspects.

It becomes important or else you kind of forget and then you don't have the ability to kind of figure out where you need to focus next.

But I think a kind leader to me, there's a couple things that I think about and that I've seen be successful both with my own style and with a lot of the mentors and leaders that I've had as well.

One is creating that environment where people feel safe.

But I would love to see some examples like, you know, throughout your, you know, 22 plus years at Accenture, have you provided that environment, you know, and have somebody provided that? I mean, you have a story that you would love to share?
