Well, I was just thinking about Kendra's answer there and thinking about how it compares to practicing, like for practicing physicians.

Michael QuonGUEST
There's no, I mean, at the hospitals I've worked at, there's no human resources person or advisor whose job it is to help physicians working with disabilities.

Michael QuonGUEST
I was returning to practice in Montreal and then I moved to Ottawa and I'd been, and I bring that up because I reached out to both physician health programs in Quebec and Ontario.

Michael QuonGUEST
In my experience, both of those programs were not that well informed on helping patients physicians with disabilities such as a traumatic brain injury, they both admitted they were more focused on physicians with mental health conditions as well as substance use.
