So this is part of why I came to Nick.

I love that.

My story is a little bit different.

I came into Notre Dame as a finance major and really wasn't sure what I wanted to do.

And quickly into my freshman year, I learned that real estate is where I wanted to be.

And so kind of stepping forth into like going to my sophomore and junior year, just as like contacts and connections I made on campus, really just with upperclassmen.

who were just like real estate students and just lived in my building.
