So for anybody who hasn't heard of SIPOC before, tell us a little bit, Michael, and just what is it, what does it stand for as well, and just, just break down what it means, what kind of, what tool is it we're talking about today.

So SIPOC is...

I would put it in the domain of process mapping.

So if you think of a high level process map or a value stream map, this is like a cousin to that or a relative of that.

And, uh, what SIPOC stands for is it stands for suppliers, inputs, process, outputs, customers, and it is a way to understand a process at a very, very high level.

And, uh, why I like this tool so much is, um, for me, this is a very logical starting point in doing process improvement.

Does that line up with, with what you guys have practiced as well?
