For the leader of the defense, what have you felt like the play of the defense has been so far this year? What are some things that you've liked on film as you progress through the season? And what are some areas that we really need to step up in?

Yeah, just being overall consistent.

There's been a few games where...

We've been either starting off slow, letting them drive on us, and then being good at buckling down near the red zone and getting to hold them to field goals.

Or other games where the first half or the second half goes well, but we're not putting together a full 60 minutes.

And especially on second and down, second and long, we're not doing ourselves a favor.

I know I have a lot of tackles, but that also comes from not getting off the field on second and down, getting our guys more rest so we can perform at a higher level throughout the whole game.

So what's your thoughts right now? We're heading into the first day of practice into prep on slowing down that tandem, getting the ball back to our offense and trying to really limit how many points you're going to put up on the board.
