I'd like you to tell us the history of the Church Ambassador Network, because this is the first time we've talked, and probably a lot of the audience would like to know.
18:33
Well, the Church Ambassador Network was, uh, established about four years ago as an initiative of the Family Foundation to help engage pastors with legislators.
18:44
You know, there's been this, um, this misleading c- commentary about the separation of church and state across our country for so long.
18:53
What we wanted to do was get the shepherds of God's church essentially together with those who have been appointed and selected to shepherd God's government, uh, and let them just come together on biblical values that would hopefully help them in the decisions that they're making that affect all of Virginians.
19:10
And so we're really, you know, over the last four years, we've seen hundreds of pastors join me during the general assembly to pray with legislators.
19:17
It's a completely nonpartisan opportunity to just open the Bible and, and sit with our, our government leaders and, and pray together.
19:28
Um, we over the last couple of years have, uh, met with over 1,000 pastors.
20:35
Mm-hmm.
