Um, I mean, I think what we're doing is, and not just us, the other implantable BCI companies, I think is an unambiguous positive.

I think offering a tool to people who right now have no therapy available to them is terrific.

But like any tool, you know, it can be used wh- a hammer can build a house or it can, you know, har- harm someone else.

And so I think that there are for sure legitimate concerns around the evolution of this technology, both in the initial sort of read-only setting, but I think as you alluded to, when it comes to introducing current to the brain, so write versus read, I think that opens up a whole another set of concerns.

I think it's important to remember that this is a technology though that people have to opt into.

No one's gonna be forced to have a brain computer interface, and we as a company won't succeed, nor would we ever want to, if we were doing things that were not ultimately in the people who adopt the technology's best interests.

Over the summer, the, the Chinese government did, um, a lot in terms of coordination efforts among some of the leading academic centers in the country with, um, some of the leading companies.

What happens with that, and how much are you worried about that?

But the therapy from brain-computer interfaces is primarily something that kind of reads brain activity in real time and establishes, you know, um, intuitive smooth communication with the digital world.

A- and I think that, um, helps ho- hopefully give an intuition for how this industry is gonna develop in coming years.

So- so we're starting with very severely paralyzed people.

There are about 400,000 people who have no use of their arms and hands.

And so for them, being able to control a computer, a smartphone, a tablet, it's gonna be life-changing and we think that that's a sort of two and a half billion dollar market to start with.

But as Ben mentioned, there are other, um, issues that are, you know, much more common.

Um, stroke being one of the principle ones, uh, w- which is why the number of people who have some sort of motor deficit, maybe not complete, uh, inability to move arms and hands, but some deficit, is about 12 times that number, so- so many millions of people in the United States alone.

Like, what is the bigger picture here, the long-term vision?

What we're focused on today-... is, uh, addressing a very real medical need.

You know, Precision is a healthcare company and we were founded to make a meaningful positive difference to human health.

Uh, the way that we're doing that is to, um, allow people who are right now, you know, paralyzed, generally homebound, isolated, um, eh, has, you know, severe implications in terms of mental health, in terms of people's ability to have a job if they choose, um, and give them back seamless control of computers.

The academic prototype versions of this technology have allowed people to, you know, control computer cursors, maybe do a click.

Um, our ambitions are a lot greater than that.

Um, when we think about seamless control of a computer, we think about, you know, a productivity suite like Google or, or Microsoft Office, um, or, you know, really rich complex, um, video games and communication systems.
