How'd you come up with it?

Yeah, so it evolved over a period of time.

So we used to be known as the Alfa Group.

So when, in our earliest stages, there were four partners.

I'll let Steve and Jeff argue over whose last name was first, but it was started out as the Alfa Group, A-L-F-A.

It was Alan, Lee, there was another gentleman that was a partner of ours, he's since passed away, his last name was Fort, and then Armaly.

Or since Steve's on the call, we'll say it was Armaly, uh, Lee, Fort, and Alan, and give him props.

So I'm wondering what happened, what went on, what was the interest in 2009, what went into the decision to say, "No, it's not the right time," and we're gonna go to UBS, and then at what point did it raise its head? I'm asking you specifically, Mike, because you mentioned that sort of began to feel that or sense it or see it so many years ago.
