Okay.

Well, look, it's a, it's a long story.

I'm 52 years old, and I know we've got 20 minutes left, so my story needs probably a good hour of discussion just to go through, you know, 32 years of adult life or 34 years of adult life.

It's a big, it's a big life, and, uh, and I think everybody has their own story as well.

One of the things I'd like to touch on, and I will share what you asked me to share, you talked about light and dark, and it's a very ancient concept, light and dark, good and evil, and they all sit in the same conversation.

And one of the things that I'll say to you in answer to your question is that my journey, like everybody else's, has been a constant battle and also balance with both parts of that within each of us and within myself as well.

So I want us to get personal a bit, all right? What happened during the years you stepped away from public life?
